Almost what you need
is not what you need.
Tækniþjálfun Gylfa Sig trains footballers aged 6 to 16 in Kórinn in Kópavogur. Their registration never fitted neatly into the standard payment pages other solutions offer. So we built them the one that fits.

Nearly every business has one of these
Tækniþjálfun's list looks unusual until you write down your own. Almost every company has some rule that no standard checkout knows about: who is allowed to buy, who pays for whom, what the second one costs, when the money is actually due.
The usual answer is to buy something that covers most of it and absorb the rest by hand. A spreadsheet beside the payment system. A person checking a list. A rule you stop enforcing because the software cannot. Work that way and the manual tasks multiply fast.
We think that is backwards, and that it is on its way out. Software should adapt to you. We built Kling to help you take registrations and payments on your own terms.
Takmarkaður fjöldi kemst að í hvern æfingahóp til að tryggja gæði þjálfunar.
Tækniþjálfun Gylfa Sig. A cap per group is a promise to parents. A checkout that cannot enforce it turns that promise into somebody's manual job.
Six things their registration had to do
Not preferences. Each one is how the school actually runs, and each one is live today.
One parent, several kids, one flow
The parent adds each iðkandi with name and kennitala, picks their æfingatími, and pays for everyone in one go. No separate accounts, no repeated logins.
Kennitala-gated allowlist
They import the list of players who completed the previous registration round. Only those kennitölur can sign up, and the allowlist itself never reaches the public page.
Groups by árgangur and gender
Each æfingatími carries a birth-year range, a gender filter and a capacity. The parent only sees groups their kid is eligible for. A coach can move a player up or down an árgangur when they train with a different flokkur.
Automatic sibling discount
The first player pays full price and every additional player in the same registration gets a percentage off, applied and shown in the summary as the parent adds kids.
Card or krafa, the parent picks
At checkout the parent chooses greiðslukort or krafa í heimabanka. Both settle into the same account and land in the same dashboard, so the club does not care which one a parent picked.
In full or split by month
One payment for the whole önn, or split into equal monthly payments. Card plans charge the saved card each month. Krafa plans issue one krafa per month into the greiðanda's heimabanki, never a batch up front.
This is the registration page today
Two kids in one registration. The flokkur is derived from each kennitala, only the æfingatímar they are eligible for are offered with seats remaining, and the systkinaafsláttur appears in the summary as soon as the second player is added.

Two payment tracks, one flow
The parent sees a single, simple choice. Behind it, Kling runs the whole schedule.
Card
- First payment captured at checkout
- Card saved securely for the rest of the plan
- Each following month charged automatically on the same day
- Failed charges retry on a dunning schedule, then park for manual follow-up once retries run out
Krafa í heimabanka
- First krafa issued at checkout on the greiðanda's kennitala
- One krafa per month for the rest of the plan, never a batch
- No card fees, and settlement follows the bank's normal krafa flow
- Parents who prefer their bank to their card simply do it that way

The club side, without spreadsheets
Staff see every registration in the Kling dashboard: who has paid, who is on a monthly plan, and who needs following up. Coaches can flag efnilega leikmenn with private notes that stay with the kennitala across seasons, so a new registration next year does not lose the note.
Everything is scoped per merchant and per environment, and a new önn is a new program rather than a whole new setup.

What are you working around today?
If there is a spreadsheet next to your payment system, or a rule you gave up enforcing because the software could not, that is the thing worth telling us about. We design the flow, build it, and put it live. Same team and same platform that built Tækniþjálfun.
