Registration is in one place and payment in another
Participants sign up in a form and pay by bank transfer. To see who has paid you have to compare the two lists.
There is no overview of who showed up
The participant list is printed out and ticked off on paper. After the event the result has to be typed back in.
It is unclear how many seats are left
Free sign-ups and sold tickets are counted separately, so it is hard to know when the event is fully booked.
How the solution works
From registration to check-in in one flow
Every event gets an event page with registration. You share the link and participants sign themselves up.
An event can be free or paid. Payment happens in the same flow as the registration and the payment status shows up on the participant list.
On the day you use the participant list and check-in to tick off the people who arrive, instead of recording attendance on paper and typing it in afterwards.
The event keeps count of the seats, so you can see what is left and when the event is fully booked.
