How the solution works
From order to packing and a booked shipment
The customer picks a drop-off point from post offices and Dropp boxes on Mínar síður, and the point is saved against the customer, not the single order. Next time they do not have to pick it again.
The shipment is booked with Dropp automatically and you do not have to copy details between systems.
The packing list is grouped by drop-off point, so shipments to the same place can be packed and labelled in one pass.
Errors show up right away with a suggested fix: a missing phone number, for instance, so they can be sorted out before anything is packed.
