Contributions is a solution where the payer picks the amount. You create a shareable page with preset amounts, and the payer can also enter an amount of their own.

You can put a goal with a progress bar on the page so the people paying can see how the fundraiser is going.
The VAT rate is visible on the page, and you decide which payer details are asked for and whether they are required.
