The list is updated by hand and more than one version can be in circulation. When a member joins or leaves, somebody has to remember to update the right file.
Different membership tiers complicate the billing
Full members, seniors and students do not pay the same amount, so each tier has to be tracked separately.
The payment status is not next to the name
To see who has paid you have to compare the bank statement against the member list and update the list afterwards.

The member registry lives in Kling and each member's payment status sits next to their name. That means less need to compare lists against bank statements.
You define membership tiers, each with its own fee, and set up recurring payments. The billing starts at the right time for every tier.
Already have a member list? You can import your members from a CSV file and start with the list exactly as it is today.
Members can pay by card or get a claim in their online bank. The solution also works with Events, so ticket sales for the annual dinner and sign-ups for a talk stay inside the same account.
